Saudi-Brazilian Roundtable Discusses Investment Opportunities, Growth

Sao Paolo, August 2, 2023, SPA – Saudi Minister of Investment Eng. Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih, CEOs of major companies from Brazil and Saudi Arabia, several government officials and representatives of over 30 Saudi and 90 Brazilian companies took part in a roundtable yesterday in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Participants discussed investment opportunities and means to boost them, as well as how to increase economic ties and investment in Saudi Arabia and Brazil, especially for entrepreneurial companies, and how to help the private sector take advantage of investment opportunities in both countries.
Talks also tackled partnerships in the areas of energy, mining, petrochemicals, food processing, agriculture, construction, and real estate.
The two sides mentioned potential investment opportunities in oil, gas, renewable energy, mining, defense, logistics, healthcare, aviation, environment, sports, entertainment and other areas of interest to both the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Brazil.
The meeting is yet another step toward supporting the outcome of the Saudi-Brazilian Investment Forum, held last Monday, during which the two countries reviewed investment opportunities. The forum enjoyed a wide participation of officials and representatives of the private sector from the two countries.
