Alkhabeer Capital announces commencement of Alkhabeer Diversified Income Traded Fund 2030 Initial Public Offering

Alkhabeer Capital, a prominent asset manager specializing in Shari’a-compliant investments, financial services and brokerage services, announced the commencement of the initial public offering of Alkhabeer Diversified Income Traded Fund 2030 units on the Saudi Exchange today, Sunday, 28 April 2024, corresponding to 19 Shawwal 1445 and will last for 15 business days, ending on Thursday, 16 May 2024, corresponding to 8 Dhul-Qadah 1445. The Fund targets a total offering of 100 million units at an initial offering price of SAR 10 (before fees and taxes).

The Fund aims to distribute periodic returns of up to 8% annually by investing in various income-generating assets across local, and global markets, with a target capital of SAR 1 billion.

Citizens, residents and qualified individuals of Saudi Arabia, as well as institutions and citizens of the GCC, can subscribe to the offering through the receiving entities, which are AljaziraCapital, Alkhabeer Tadawul, SNB Capital, Riyad Bank, Arab National Bank, Alrajhi Bank, Banque Saudi Fransi, and AlinmaBank. Subscription is also available to clients of other banks through the subscription system on the fund manager’s website. The minimum subscription for the initial offering of Alkhabeer Diversified Income Traded Fund 2030 has been set at 1,000 Saudi riyals per unit.
